Human Donor Profiles

This database of cell types includes experimental data acquired from cells originating from the adult human brain. Human brain tissue was analyzed from neurosurgical and postmortem sources, and is available thanks to the generosity of tissue donors.

Donation consent criteria, experimental preparation methods, data acquisition and quality control protocols are described in detail in the technical whitepapers.
